Emma took up the important role of trustee for the IWSB in 2015.
Her working background is in mental health and she is a professionally trained therapist, accredited by UKCP, specialising in eating disorders, anxiety and panic disorders. She is also trained in hypnotherapy.
Emma has much experience of working in different settings including NHS, IOW Youth Trust and Earl Mountbatten Hospice where she was Head of Family Support. She was also a director of a CIC Company and was a Harley Street practitioner. She currently works part-time as a therapist from her home and is a primary carer for a family member.
Emma enjoys gardening, yoga, is a black belt in karate and is currently learning French and Spanish.
