Sight for Wight has a pre-owned Optelec Clear View Plus Speech Video Magnifier for sale. The price is £500 (the price for new machine is around £2000) this would include delivery. Dress for Less On Thursday 29th November Volunteers Manager, Michelle, and Member Services Manager, Laura, will have a display in the St James Street ‘Dress for Less’ boutique. Situated directly opposite the Weatherspoon's Man in the Moon Pub, the shop is ideally located for easy access when visiting Newport. We aim to be there between 10.00am and 3.00pm with a selection of low vision aids and literature, as well as information on volunteering for Sight for Wight. We hope to see you there.  

The Fellowship for the Visually Impaired meet at Bethany Evangelical Church, Union Street, Newport on Saturday 24th November at 3.00 pm. The Speaker this month is Mr Steve Stubbings. Activities include Hymns, Quiz, Story Reading, and Short Christian Message, followed by tea. A collection is taken from which donations are made to the Torch Trust for the Blind. Hymn Books and Scripture in large print and Braille are available.
