We will be holding a chair yoga taster session on Tuesday 19th February 2019, which is a less strenuous alternative to the yoga session we held last year. The session will be at Millbrooke House and will cost £6. The closing date to register your interest for this session is Friday 25th January 2019. The RNIB will be holding its next Living with Sight Loss Course at the Riverside Centre on Friday 18th January. Registration and coffee is at 9.45am, with the course running from 10.00am till 3.00pm. The free, informal course provides information, advice, support and practical solutions for people adjusting to sight loss.  

The Freshwater Audio Book Group will be meeting at Freshwater Library on Tuesday 15th January, 11.00am till 12 noon. They are a friendly group who meet to discuss the last month’s book, enjoy refreshments and then hand out the book for the next month.  All are welcome, including Guide Dogs.
